Ein kurzes, ehrliches Feedback motiviert deine Lernenden, gibt ihnen Orientierung und zeigt, dass du ihre Arbeit ernst nimmst. In MLS kannst du direkt zu jeder eingereichten Lernaufgabe schriftlich Rückmeldung geben – einfach, schnell und wirksam.

Feedback kannst du immer dann geben, wenn du eine Lernaufgabe mit der Option "Aufgabe durch Lernbegleitende bewerten" zugewiesen hast.
Dann kannst du einfach bei jeder Aufgabe einen kurzen Kommentar als Feedback geben.
💡 Tips for good feedback
✅ Short & concrete
Say clearly what was good - e.g. ‘The drawing is clean and complete.’
🛠️ Remain constructive
Give hints for improvement - e.g. ‘Next time, please pay attention to the unit of measurement.’
🎯 Formulate with the learning objective in mind
Refer to the objective of the task - e.g. ‘You have implemented the principle of drilling speed well.’
👍 Don't forget praise!
Even small advances deserve recognition - e.g. ‘It's great that you dared to solve the task on your own!’

"Good work! You have correctly described all the steps involved in scribing the workpiece. Next time, make sure you use technical terms like “scriber” correctly. Keep up the good work! 💪"
