With the group feature in MLS, you as a learning guide can easily organise your learners (or other learning guides) πΌπ©βπ«π¨βπ. This allows you to maintain an overview and manage content in a targeted manner.
π οΈ To create or manage a group
Um eine neue Gruppe zu erstellen (oder eine bestehende zu verwalten), gehst du in MLS zu "Verwaltung" und dort π "Gruppen".
By clicking on an existing group, you can edit it (e.g. rename it, add/delete learners) or delete it.
You can also use the filter to search for a specific group. π
To create a new group π«, click on "Create. Give it a name and assign it to your learners via "Users".
π Important note on group creation
Once you have created a group, you can only create further groups within this group circle.
β‘οΈ This means that you can only add people to groups who are already part of the first group.
π¬ Unlocking learning tasks for groups
A big advantage of groups is that they allow you to share learning tasks/projects directly with several users.
And this is how it works: Select "Groups " from the first drop-down menu in the learning tasks/projects and then simply activate the respective group with one click.
π Comparison of results
And another advantage: If you are working with groups, you can display an average value for the group per learning task directly in MLS. To do this, simply click on the relevant group, click on the βResults comparisonβ tab and select the desired learning task.
π₯ What about learning guides?
You can also include other learning guides in groups. It's practical if you work together as a team! This allows you to organise yourselves better and, for example, supervise certain learners together π€.
