As a trainer, you have created a learning task and would now like to change it.
Depending on the status of your task (e.g. draft, already assigned), you have various options here.
Take a look at how you can swap learning tasks that have already been assigned. This has changed slightly since the video was made.

Replacing assigned learning tasks with a new version
Tasks that you have assigned to learners can only be modified to a very limited extent. In this case, you must create a new version (see video).
Once you have created a new version, you can replace the existing version with it. Of course, this is only possible if the learning task has not yet been completed.
As soon as you have created a new version and moved it to the task pool, you will receive a notification:
Click on the link to go to the ‘Assigned learning tasks’ section. Look for the relevant learning task there.
Click on the yellow icon.
You can see which learners have been assigned the task and what stage they are currently at. You can now decide whether the new version should be sent out and to whom. Important: Any progress made so far will be retained!
