Create learning tasks

Learning tasks are the core of MLS for you as a trainer & learning guide.

You can easily create these in just a few steps.

The video shows you how to do this and what you should bear in mind.

As the video is currently only available in German, you can simply display the English subtitles:

Assign learning tasks to yourself on a trial basis

Once you or your colleagues have created a learning activity, you should try it out from a learner’s perspective.

To do this, you can use the ‘Try it out’ button once you have created a learning activity in MLS and it is located in the ‘Drafts’ tab.

The task will then be assigned to you straight away, and you can work through it from the learner’s perspective.

When testing, you can decide whether the learning task should be marked using the MLS AI feature on a trial basis (available only to Enterprise customers and only if your task contains open-ended question types).

As with the other learning tasks, you can view the various stages of your test assignment(s) via ‘Assigned Tasks’. To ensure the statistics here are not skewed, there is a separate button for this.

Of course, you don’t want to keep your assignment permanently; you can therefore delete it (and any other assignments, e.g. for your colleagues, will also be removed).

To do this, go back to the task in your drafts and click on ‘Edit’. Then use the red button to delete all test assignments.
