Everything you need to know about assessing learning tasks

You have created a learning task and come up with some great questions for your learners! You have assigned these to your learners.

Of course, you want to see how your learners performed afterwards. You can find out all about this in this short video.

You can decide whether you want to assess each learner individually or several learners at the same time.

Assessing an individual learner

This short video explains how to assess a learner.

As the video is currently only available in German, you can simply display the English 🌐 subtitles:

Note: Unlike what is shown in the video, you will find the assigned tasks in a separate menu item!

Assessing multiple learners

If you have many trainees and have assigned them the same learning task, you can assess all learners in one go.

Step 1

Under ‘Assigned tasks’, you will find the ‘Ready for assessment’ tab. The ‘Group by ... Learning task’ option is already selected by default. Multiple assessment is only possible in this view.

Step 2

By clicking on ‘Evaluate all’, you will be taken to the multiple evaluation. There you will find a handy overview of how your learners performed overall.

By expanding the form(s), you can view the learners' answers in detail. For example, with checkbox tasks, you can see at a glance who got them right and who didn't.

Of course, you can award your assessment points here (for tasks that cannot be evaluated automatically) and provide direct feedback via comments.
