With the learning statistics in MLS, you as a learning guide have a powerful tool at your fingertips to keep an eye on your trainees' progress - simple, clear and at the click of a button! ๐Ÿ’ก

This feature is always included in the Enterprise package - along with other great functions such as the submission process and AI support for creating learning tasks.

๐Ÿ” What do the learning statistics show you?

In the overview, you can see all the tasks that your trainees have completed - including lots of helpful information.

๐Ÿ“Š Performance curve

Step 1 -> Select your learner

Step 2 -> If you like, you can filter a time period

Step 3 -> Select the percentage value that your learner has achieved in the tasks

As a learning guide, you will receive a compact overview. This example shows all tasks in which your learner has achieved 60% or less. From here, you can jump directly to the evaluation of each individual task. Great for targeted feedback - both positive and critical! ๐ŸŽฏ

๐Ÿงฎ Performance average & processing time

In addition to the progress over time, you can see at a glance how your trainee has performed on average across all learning tasks. The value is always calculated for the time period you have selected (e.g. if you only want to see the average value for the last month).

You can also see the average completion time.

Important: This feature is only visible if times can be recorded for learners.

If your trainee completes a task several times, it will only be counted once. If you are wondering why more tasks are visible in the performance history. ๐Ÿ’ก

๐Ÿ”ญ Current task status

Where does your learner stand at a glance? The current task status shows you this at a glance:

  • How many tasks has he/she not yet started?

  • How many are in progress? Are tasks blocked?

  • How many are still available to you as a learning guide for assessment?

  • How many have your learner completed?
