You have access to user management.
🧭 Step-by-step instructions
Log in as a learning guide
Log in to MLS2.de with your learning guide account.Switch to administration
Click on Administration in the main menu.
Open Users
Select the Users menu item to display all users.
👉 Select user
Click on the pencil to the right of the name of the user you want to deactivate.
Change status
Switch the toggle from “activeted” to “deactivated”.
Done!
The user is now deactivated and can no longer log in to MLS.
🔍 What happens when you deactivate an account?
❌ User will not be able to log in to MLS2.de
🗂️ User account will remain intact
🔄 You can reactivate the account at any time
💡 Tip
If a user is only temporarily unable to use MLS (e.g. break, change of school), it is advisable to deactivate the account rather than request deletion by MLS.
