Certain functions in MLS are only available if users are granted the relevant permissions.
This applies, for example, to creating learning tasks based on PDF files using the Cleo AI function.
To ensure that not everyone can do this, permissions are set up separately via the Administration section. Here’s how:
1️⃣ Go to the ‘Administration’ section
In the left-hand menu, select ‘Administration’ and then the ‘Users’ sub-item.
2️⃣ Edit permissions
Find the user you want to grant additional permissions to. You can use the search bar above to do this.
Then click on the pencil icon 🖊️ to configure the permissions.
3️⃣ Assign permissions
Here you can decide which additional permissions to assign. For example, if you want users to be able to create tasks using AI from PDF files, tick the relevant box. You can also decide whether users should have the right to grant further permissions to others. Click ‘Save’ to finish.
