In this article, you will learn how to work with your learning tasks in the MLS system - simply and clearly!

πŸ” Where can I find my learning tasks?

When you log in to the MLS system, you will find the β€˜My learning tasks’ section on the right-hand side of the menu. All the tasks that have been assigned to you are displayed there.

πŸ—‚οΈ Filter learning tasks - so you can keep an overview!

You can filter your tasks according to different phases. By default, you will always find all tasks that you have not yet started first.

  • βœ… All phases - Shows you all tasks, regardless of their current status.

  • πŸ•’ Not started - Tasks that have been assigned to you by your learning guide and that you have not yet started.

  • πŸ”§ In progress - You have already started these tasks but have not yet completed them.

  • πŸ”’ Locked - These tasks are currently locked and must first be released by your learning guide. Your learning guide can set this accordingly in the sections. As soon as the task is unlocked, you will find it under β€˜in progress’.

  • πŸ“€ Ready for assessment - tasks that you have completed and that are now being assessed by your instructor.

  • 🏁 Completed - tasks that you have completed in full and have been assessed by your learning guide.

πŸ‘‰ You can also use the search field to search for a specific task or narrow down the time period.

🏁 Display rating

You can use β€˜Completed’ to display the tasks with a score. You can see at a glance how many points you have achieved for each task.

Want to know more? You can take a look at each individual task via "Show assessment". Where did you do well? Where did you make mistakes?

This will help you to keep improving!

βœ… Tip: Stay tuned!

Work on your assignments regularly and pay attention to when they are ready for assessment - this will keep you in the learning flow and help you gain important experience for your training! πŸ™Œ
